Nu kan vi alle lave gourmet mad hjemme…hvis du har det rette udstyr. Efter en inspirerende aften i selskab med Neff’s nyeste produkter og en kok med stor entusiasme for at videregive hans passion for kogekunsten, så er jeg solgt…

Now we can cook gourmet dinners at home … that is if you have the right household appliance. After an inspiring evening in the company of Neff’s latest products, and a chef with great enthusiasm to pass on his passion for culinary art, I’m totally in looove with theses machines …

Jeg vil have skiftet HELE maskinparken i køkkenet. Wauv…den mad der, på meget kort tid blev fremtryllet af os journalister, stylister og des lige var imponerende. Og ja, vi var sikkert alle nogle “mad-ører” men vi er jo ikke dem der står i køkkenet sådan flere timer dagligt og eksperimentere…(eller måske skal jeg bare tale for migselv). Men se lige en menu: Grillede og stegte scampihaler med salater, stegt ingefær, marinerede champignons og sauce espelette, og derefter svinemørbrad med smøristet spidskål og perlebyg med brøndkarse og citron og dertil havde vores team lavet kartoffelchiffon med persilleolie og kammuslinger…yammmiiii !

I want to change the ENTIRE fleet in my kitchen. Wauv … the food that was made this evening, in a very short time, and by us journalists, stylists and the likes were impressive. And yes, we were certainly all some “foodies” but we are not those who are spending several hours a day in the kitchen doing experiments … (or maybe I should just speak for myself).

Så nu kan jeg snart ikke vente med at komme i gang med renovering af vores køkken herhjemme…så skal der lidt lækkert køkkenudstyr til. Der er i hvert tilfælde kommet et par ting som dampfunktion i ovnen og helt klart den låge, der forsvinder under ovnen når man åbner, øverst på ønskelisten.

I can’t wait to start tearing down the old kitchen here, and start building up a dream kitchen, with a lot of new inspiration for household appliances wishes. Especielly the oven with steam function and the door that disappears under the oven when you open it.. …it’s so fantastic.
